"Our experience with Gabriella was the best! She was easy to communicate with, very flexible and had many great suggestions. She was positive and upbeat in communications. In person it was even better. She and her friend who helped were fun to talk to, easy going, and friendly. The food was so good-we loved every dish. We felt we were eating a very typical Tuscan meal and the food was flavorful and fresh. The service was excellent and clean up after perfect. We had fun chatting with them once the meal was over! There was also a problem with power going out in the kitchen-taking out the lights and oven! The chefs were flexible and saved the day by cooking things that were meant for the oven on the stove top-by the light of cell phone flashlights! All while being funny and positive. If you are visiting Italy and are unsure or don't speak Italian Gabriella will make this experience very easy for you! Thanks Gabriella-we hope we will see you again!"
